Service Description

For existing clients continuing their Ayurvedic journey. As your body responds to your plan, your needs shift — this 30-minute session keeps everything moving in the right direction. We'll review your progress, celebrate what's working, troubleshoot any challenges, and adjust your diet, routine, and herbal recommendations to match where you are now. Regular follow-ups are where lasting change is built — they keep you supported, accountable, and steadily progressing rather than stalling between big appointments. Ideal every 2–4 weeks while you're actively working toward a goal, then seasonally for maintenance.
